Responsibilities
- Assist with site preparation, including clearing debris and leveling ground.
- Load and unload building materials, tools, and equipment from trucks.
- Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and site-specific protocols.
- Perform basic measurements and assist with reading blueprints or diagrams.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety compliance.
- Support skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) as needed.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods, including lifting heavy items.
- Basic math skills and the ability to read a tape measure.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions.
- Previous construction experience is a plus but not required for entry-level applicants.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
