Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites safely and efficiently.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with daily tasks and material handling.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Operate basic construction tools and equipment under supervision.
- Perform physical labor including digging, lifting, carrying, and setting up work areas.
- Follow all safety protocols and wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation to the job site.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and physical demands.
- Physically fit with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Previous construction experience is preferred but not mandatory; we train the right candidates.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
