Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Load and unload construction materials, tools, and equipment from trucks.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, masons) with various on-site tasks.
- Prepare construction sites by cleaning, digging, and clearing debris.
- Follow all safety regulations, OSHA guidelines, and site protocols at all times.
- Perform physical labor, including digging, lifting heavy loads, and carrying materials.
Qualifications
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions (heat, rain, cold).
- Physically fit and capable of lifting heavy loads (up to 50+ lbs) repeatedly.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation to the job site.
- Willingness to work part-time hours as scheduled, including weekends or overtime if needed.
- Basic knowledge of construction safety standards is a plus but not required.
- Must be a U.S. citizen or authorized to work in the U.S.
