Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites efficiently.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various tasks, including framing, drywall, and general site preparation.
- Perform general site cleanup, including debris removal, trash disposal, and equipment maintenance.
- Operate basic construction tools and equipment while adhering to all safety protocols.
- Measure, cut, and prepare materials as directed by supervisors.
- Ensure a safe work environment by following OSHA guidelines and company policies.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is preferred.
- Previous construction or general labor experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation are required.
- Must be physically fit and capable of working in various weather conditions.
- Strong work ethic, punctuality, and a positive attitude.
