Responsibilities
- Prepare construction sites by clearing debris, setting up equipment, and ensuring safety compliance
- Assist skilled trades with material handling, loading/unloading, and equipment operation
- Perform physical tasks including digging, lifting, carrying materials, and operating hand/power tools
- Maintain clean and organized workspaces to promote efficiency and safety standards
- Follow blueprints and instructions from supervisors to execute tasks accurately
- Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and quality benchmarks
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; construction experience preferred but not required
- Physical stamina to perform strenuous tasks in various weather conditions
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment operation
