Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with material handling, site preparation, and cleanup
- Operate basic hand/power tools under supervision (hammers, saws, drills)
- Follow strict safety protocols and maintain organized job sites
- Read simple blueprints and measurements for accurate task execution
- Transport materials and equipment safely using carts or dollies
- Perform trenching, shoveling, and digging as project requirements dictate

Qualifications
