Responsibilities
- Assist certified Journeymen with the installation, repair, and maintenance of electrical systems in residential and commercial settings.
- Perform basic electrical tasks such as pulling wire, stripping insulation, terminating conductors, and installing outlets and fixtures.
- Transport and organize materials, tools, and equipment at job sites to ensure efficient workflow.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area while strictly adhering to OSHA safety standards and local codes.
- Interact professionally with customers, answering questions and providing updates on project progress.
- Load and unload delivery trucks and perform inventory checks on electrical supplies.
Qualifications
- No Experience Necessary: We provide training for the right candidates. A strong willingness to learn is the only prerequisite.
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation required.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and perform physical labor including lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail are essential for reading blueprints and measuring.
- Must be punctual and able to work full-time hours.
