Responsibilities
- Assist with site preparation, excavation, and material handling
- Perform heavy lifting and manual labor as directed by supervisors
- Operate basic hand tools and equipment (hammers, shovels, etc.)
- Maintain clean and organized job sites
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Support carpenters and other trades as needed
- Assist in demolition and debris removal
Qualifications
- Previous construction experience preferred but not required
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Basic understanding of construction safety
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Pass background check and drug screening
