Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites safely.
- Operate hand and power tools under the direct supervision of experienced crew members.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (electricians, plumbers, carpenters) with various tasks.
- Perform site cleanup, including debris removal and equipment maintenance.
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies to ensure a hazard-free environment.
- Read and understand basic blueprints or project instructions.
Qualifications
- Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting 50+ lbs repeatedly.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Basic math skills for measuring and material estimation.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work well within a team.
