Responsibilities
- Perform general labor duties such as digging, carrying materials, and hauling debris.
- Load and unload construction materials from trucks to job sites.
- Operate basic hand tools and power equipment under supervision.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various on-site tasks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site at all times.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA regulations.
- Communicate effectively with the site foreman and team members.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Physically fit and able to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Basic understanding of safety procedures is a plus.
- Willingness to work part-time hours (including weekends or evenings if needed).
