Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites.
- Assist in the preparation of job sites, including clearing debris and digging.
- Operate basic hand tools and power equipment safely under supervision.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA regulations strictly.
- Perform general cleanup and maintenance of work areas.
- Communicate effectively with foremen and team members.
- Perform physical labor as required, including lifting and carrying.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions and outdoor environments.
- Physically fit and capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Reliable transportation to the job site.
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions.
- Basic English language proficiency for safety communication.
