Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, plumbers) with daily tasks and project needs.
- Load and unload building materials from trucks and distribute them to the job site.
- Operate basic construction equipment and tools safely under supervision.
- Prepare and clean work areas, ensuring adherence to safety regulations and site cleanliness.
- Measure, cut, and handle materials as directed by foremen or supervisors.
- Perform physical labor including digging, lifting, and hauling materials.
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required; we provide paid training.
- Must be physically capable of performing strenuous labor for extended periods.
- Reliable transportation to and from job sites.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Strong willingness to learn and follow safety protocols strictly.
- Basic math skills for measurements and material estimation.
- Must be a U.S. citizen or authorized to work in the U.S.
