Responsibilities
- Assist carpenters and masons with material handling and site preparation
- Operate basic hand tools and power equipment under supervision

- Load/un construction materials and equipment
- Perform general site cleanup and debris removal
- Support team members with various construction tasks
Qualifications
- No prior experience required
- Must be physically able to lift 50+ lbs
- Valid California Driver's License preferred
- Ability to work in outdoor conditions (heat, dust)
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Basic math skills for measurements
- Willingness to follow instructions
