Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople, including carpenters, framers, and electricians, with daily site operations.
- Load, unload, and organize construction materials, tools, and equipment efficiently.
- Operate heavy machinery and power tools safely in accordance with all safety regulations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Perform basic site preparation, including excavation, leveling, concrete pouring, and debris removal.
- Read and interpret basic blueprints, plans, and technical drawings.
- Adhere strictly to all company safety protocols and project schedules.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods on uneven terrain.
- Physically fit and capable of working in various weather conditions (heat, rain, cold).
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and a positive team attitude.
- Willingness to learn new skills and follow directions from supervisors.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation to job sites.
- Basic knowledge of construction safety practices is a significant plus.
