Responsibilities
- Safely load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from the job site.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various tasks, including digging, lifting, and site preparation.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area in strict compliance with safety regulations.
- Operate basic construction equipment and tools under close supervision.
- Follow verbal and written instructions from site supervisors and foremen.
- Perform general cleanup duties to ensure the job site is ready for the next phase.
Qualifications
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stand for extended periods.
- Physically fit and capable of lifting heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) regularly.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and a history of excellent attendance.
- Valid state-issued ID and driver’s license (preferred but not required).
