Responsibilities
- Execute site preparation, excavation, and earthmoving tasks
- Operate hand/power tools and heavy machinery safely
- Build/assemble structures using concrete, steel, and materials
- Follow blueprints and specifications precisely
- Maintain clean, organized job sites
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols
- Collaborate with skilled trades (carpenters, electricians)
- Complete daily equipment inspections
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years construction labor experience
- OSHA 10-hour certification required
- Valid driver's license and clean record
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly
- Comfortable working in extreme weather conditions
- Basic math/measurement skills
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Pre-employment drug screening required
