Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, plumbers) with daily tasks and site preparation.
- Operate construction equipment and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from the job site.
- Perform site cleanup, including debris removal and waste management.
- Read and interpret basic blueprints and safety plans.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and company policies at all times.
- Perform physical labor, including lifting, carrying, and digging, as required.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous construction experience is a plus, but we are willing to train motivated candidates.
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and willingness to learn new skills.
