Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and transport building materials to and from the job site efficiently.
- Site Preparation: Assist in preparing construction sites by clearing debris, digging trenches, and leveling ground.
- Tool Operation: Operate basic power tools and hand tools under supervision to help complete tasks.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to OSHA safety regulations and company policies to maintain a safe work environment.
- Assist Tradespeople: Support electricians, plumbers, and carpenters with various tasks as directed.
- Cleanliness: Keep work areas clean, organized, and hazard-free at all times.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods, including standing, lifting, and bending.
- Ability to Lift: Capable of lifting heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly.
- Driver's License: Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to the job site.
