Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople (electricians, plumbers, carpenters) with daily tasks and site operations.
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites.
- Prepare construction sites by clearing debris, digging trenches, and setting forms.
- Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively under supervision.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Read and understand basic blueprints, diagrams, and safety plans.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Physical stamina to perform heavy manual labor for extended periods.
- Basic understanding of construction safety protocols (OSHA 10 preferred).
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Willingness to learn new skills and work as part of a team.
