Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and distribute construction materials, tools, and equipment to and from job sites.
- Site Support: Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, masons, electricians) with daily tasks and setup.
- Equipment Operation: Operate heavy machinery and tools safely under supervision.
- Site Maintenance: Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
- Demolition: Perform basic demolition and debris removal duties.
Qualifications
- Experience: Prior construction labor experience is preferred but not required; we will train the right candidate.
- Physical Stamina: Must be able to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and stand for extended periods.
- Driver’s License: Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Safety Conscious: Commitment to following safety protocols and OSHA guidelines.
- Tools: Ability to use basic hand tools and power tools.
