Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and prepare construction materials, tools, and equipment for use on job sites.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with various tasks as directed.
- Perform basic site cleanup, including removing debris and trash after work hours.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines to maintain a safe work environment.
- Operate basic construction tools and machinery (power drills, saws, etc.) under supervision.
- Transport materials between storage areas and work zones efficiently.
- Perform physical labor including digging, lifting, and carrying heavy objects.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions (heat, rain, cold).
- Physically fit and able to lift at least 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to work.
- Willingness to work a full-time schedule (40+ hours per week).
- Basic knowledge of construction safety practices is a plus but not required.
