Responsibilities
- Perform general labor tasks including excavation, loading, and unloading of materials.
- Operate and maintain construction tools and heavy machinery safely.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (electricians, plumbers, carpenters) with daily operations.
- Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and technical schematics.
- Ensure all work areas are clean, organized, and comply with OSHA safety standards.
- Unload and stock construction materials efficiently at job sites.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Basic knowledge of construction safety protocols is a plus.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
