Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, plumbers) with daily tasks and project execution.
- Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently to complete assigned duties.
- Load, unload, and organize construction materials, tools, and equipment on the job site.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in accordance with OSHA standards.
- Read and interpret basic blueprints, schematics, and project plans where required.
- Perform site preparation, including excavation, leveling, and concrete setting support.
- Transport materials to and from various job sites within the region.
Qualifications
- Physically fit and able to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation to job sites.
- Basic math skills and the ability to read a tape measure accurately.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions and on rough terrain.
- Experience in construction, landscaping, or general labor is preferred but not required.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and a team-oriented attitude.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
