Responsibilities
- Perform general labor duties on construction sites, including loading and unloading materials.
- Assist skilled tradesmen (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with daily tasks and project execution.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Operate heavy machinery and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Read and interpret basic blueprints and safety diagrams when required.
- Perform physical labor for extended periods, including lifting, bending, and standing.
- Communicate effectively with site supervisors and team members to ensure project milestones are met.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation (travel to Florida may be required).
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in construction, general labor, or a related skilled trade.
- Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions (heat, rain, cold).
- Basic understanding of construction safety protocols and site rules.
- Willingness to learn new skills and follow strict safety guidelines.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
