Responsibilities
- Execute site preparation, excavation, and earthmoving operations
- Handle material transportation, loading/unloading, and inventory management
- Operate hand/power tools and light machinery safely and efficiently
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and project specifications
- Assist skilled trades in concrete work, framing, and finishing tasks
- Perform daily site cleanup, debris removal, and waste disposal
- Collaborate with supervisors to maintain project timelines and quality standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year construction/labor experience or equivalent training
- OSHA 10 certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Valid Louisiana driver's license with clean record
- Basic blueprint reading and measurement comprehension
- Reliable transportation to job sites across Louisiana/Georgia
- Flexibility to work extended hours including weekends
