Responsibilities
- Assist with general site preparation, including clearing and excavating areas.
- Load and unload building materials, tools, and equipment.
- Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA regulations on the job site.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various tasks such as framing, drywalling, or concrete work.
- Perform minor repairs and maintain a clean work area.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
- Valid Driver’s License is preferred.
- Experience in construction is a plus but not required.
