Responsibilities
- Load and unload construction materials, tools, and equipment from delivery trucks.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various on-site tasks, including framing, drywall, and finishing.
- Operate basic construction machinery and equipment (e.g., forklifts, jackhammers) under direct supervision.
- Perform site cleanup, including debris removal and maintaining a safe work area.
- Follow all safety protocols, OSHA guidelines, and company policies at all times.
- Transport tools and materials to and from the work site as directed.
Qualifications
- Physical ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Previous experience in construction or general labor is preferred but not required for qualified candidates.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are mandatory.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
