Responsibilities
- Perform site preparation, excavation, and material handling under supervisor guidance
- Operate basic hand/power tools and construction equipment with proper training
- Assist carpenters, masons, and other trades with material setup and cleanup
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and site security procedures
- Maintain organized tool sheds and job site cleanliness standards
- Participate in daily safety briefings and team huddles
- Complete daily progress reports and documentation as assigned
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and perform physically demanding tasks
- Valid state ID or driver's license required
- Willingness to work overnight shifts (6 PM - 6 AM) in all weather conditions
- Basic math skills for material measurement and inventory
- No prior experience necessary – full training provided
- Reliable transportation to job sites within Nashville metro area
