Responsibilities
- Execute site preparation, excavation, and earthmoving operations with precision
- Operate heavy machinery (excavators, bulldozers) under certified supervision
- Install/assemble structural components including scaffolding and formwork
- Apply safety protocols including fall protection, trenching, and hazard recognition
- Read technical blueprints and implement material specifications
- Maintain equipment calibration and job site cleanliness standards
- Collaborate with tradespeople on multi-disciplinary projects
Qualifications
- 3+ years commercial construction experience required
- OSHA 30-hour certification or willingness to obtain
- Valid Texas Class A CDL preferred
- Ability to lift 75+ lbs and work in extreme weather conditions
- Technical knowledge of concrete, masonry, and steel reinforcement
- Proficiency with power tools and diagnostic equipment
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screening
