Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential and commercial properties
- Diagnose complex plumbing issues using advanced diagnostic tools
- Ensure all work complies with Massachusetts plumbing codes and regulations
- Lead emergency response calls for burst pipes, leaks, and system failures
- Mentor junior plumbers and apprentices on best practices
- Prepare detailed service reports and maintain accurate client records

Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of professional plumbing experience
- Valid Massachusetts Master Plumber license (required)
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred
