Responsibilities
- Perform physically demanding tasks including digging, lifting, and material handling
- Operate hand/power tools safely and efficiently (hammers, saws, drills, etc.)
- Assist in site preparation, cleanup, and debris removal
- Read and interpret basic construction blueprints and instructions
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of construction labor experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and work in extreme weather conditions
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- OSHA 10-hour certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
