Responsibilities
- Execute construction tasks including excavation, material handling, and site preparation
- Operate hand/power tools (saws, drills, jackhammers) with precision and safety protocols
- Assist skilled tradesmen with concrete pouring, framing, and finishing work
- Maintain clean, organized job sites by debris removal and equipment maintenance
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety standards and company quality benchmarks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project deadlines
- Complete daily timecards and safety documentation accurately
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and perform physically demanding tasks
- Basic math skills for material measurement and inventory
- Flexibility for 6am-5pm shifts with weekend availability
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
- OSHA 10-hour certification (training provided if needed)
- Strong work ethic and punctuality essential
