Responsibilities
- Execute excavation, grading, and site preparation tasks with precision
- Operate heavy machinery including excavators, bulldozers, and forklifts
- Install concrete forms, rebar, and structural components
- Manage material handling, inventory, and equipment maintenance
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and project specifications
- Collaborate with carpenters, electricians, and other trade professionals
- Complete daily site inspections and progress reports
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of commercial construction experience
- OSHA 30-hour certification or equivalent safety training
- Valid Class C driver's license and clean driving record
- Proficiency with power tools and heavy machinery operation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Strong attention to detail and blueprint reading skills
- Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as needed
