Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and stack building materials, tools, and equipment on job sites.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, masons, electricians) with daily tasks.
- Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Perform general cleanup of job sites to ensure a safe and organized environment.
- Measure, cut, and handle lumber and other building supplies as needed.
- Follow all safety regulations and site protocols strictly.
- Transport materials to and from the job site as directed by supervisors.
Qualifications
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly.
- Valid Driver's License is required.
- Basic knowledge of construction safety standards (OSHA guidelines).
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
- Experience in construction is preferred but not mandatory for the right candidate.
