Responsibilities
- Load and unload construction materials and equipment.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various tasks including carpentry, masonry, and excavation.
- Operate basic construction machinery and tools safely.
- Follow all site safety regulations and OSHA guidelines.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Perform physical labor, including digging, lifting, and carrying.
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – we train the right candidates.
- Ability to perform physical labor for long periods.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail.
