Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and distribute construction materials, tools, and supplies.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various on-site tasks and setup.
- Operate heavy machinery and hand tools safely and efficiently.
- Perform site preparation duties, including digging, cleaning, and debris removal.
- Ensure all work areas are kept clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
- Follow blueprints and instructions from project supervisors.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred.
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Previous experience in construction or general labor is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of construction safety protocols is preferred.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
