Responsibilities
- Assist with general site preparation, cleanup, and debris removal.
- Operate basic construction tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Transport materials, tools, and supplies to and from the job site.
- Follow all construction safety protocols and OSHA regulations strictly.
- Perform digging, mixing concrete, and assist with light carpentry tasks under supervision.
- Communicate effectively with site supervisors and fellow crew members.
Qualifications
- Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects repeatedly (up to 50 lbs).
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Basic knowledge of construction safety is a plus but not required.
- Reliable transportation to the job site.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and a team-oriented attitude.
