Responsibilities
- Operate power tools and construction equipment safely and efficiently.
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with framing, drywalling, and concrete finishing.
- Prepare construction sites by clearing debris, digging, and setting forms.
- Ensure all work areas are kept clean, organized, and safe in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Follow verbal and written instructions from site supervisors and foremen.
- Perform basic maintenance and cleaning of tools and equipment.
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required; on-the-job training provided.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Physically fit with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for measurements and quantity estimation.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and team-oriented attitude.
- Willingness to work a full-time schedule (40 hours per week).
