Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various construction tasks, including carpentry, masonry, and concrete work.
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from the job site.
- Prepare construction sites by clearing and cleaning debris.
- Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies to ensure a secure workplace.
- Help in digging, leveling, and grading as required by the project.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous construction experience is a plus but not required (willing to train).
- Ability to perform physical labor for long periods in various weather conditions.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
