Responsibilities
- Assist in various phases of construction including site preparation, concrete placement, and general cleanup.
- Load and unload construction materials from trucks and organize the job site efficiently.
- Operate basic construction tools and power equipment under supervision.
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment by adhering to OSHA safety regulations.
- Communicate effectively with foremen and team members to ensure project milestones are met.
- Perform heavy lifting and standing for extended periods as required.
- Follow verbal and written instructions regarding project tasks.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation required.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Previous construction experience is a plus but willing to train the right candidate.
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Must be physically able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
