Responsibilities
- Execute construction tasks including excavation, concrete pouring, and framing
- Operate hand/power tools and heavy machinery safely
- Read blueprints and follow site supervisor instructions
- Maintain clean and organized job sites
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols at all times
- Assist skilled tradespersons with material handling
- Complete daily progress reports
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly
- Basic tool operation knowledge
- Willingness to work in all weather conditions
