Responsibilities
- Perform general labor tasks including digging, carrying materials, and site preparation.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, plumbers) with daily operations.
- Load and unload construction materials from delivery trucks using forklifts or hand trucks.
- Keep job sites clean, organized, and free of hazards in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Operate basic power tools and hand tools under supervision.
- Follow blueprints and safety instructions provided by supervisors.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects (up to 50+ lbs) repeatedly.
- Basic math skills for measurements and material estimation.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and teamwork skills.
