Responsibilities
- Load and unload construction materials and equipment efficiently.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with various tasks.
- Operate basic construction machinery and tools safely.
- Prepare construction sites by clearing debris and setting up work areas.
- Follow all safety protocols and regulations on-site at all times.
- Perform basic measurements and assist with material handling.
- Keep the job site clean, organized, and hazard-free.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Physical stamina to lift heavy materials and work outdoors.
- Valid Driver's License is a plus.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions.
- Basic understanding of construction safety practices.
- Reliable transportation to the job site.
