Responsibilities
- Perform general labor tasks including digging, lifting, and carrying construction materials.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, plumbers) with various on-site tasks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site at all times.
- Operate basic construction equipment and hand tools as trained.
- Load and unload materials from trucks and transport them to work areas.
- Follow all safety regulations, OSHA guidelines, and site-specific instructions.
- Assist with site preparation and cleanup at the end of the shift.
Qualifications
- Physically fit and able to perform manual labor for extended periods.
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for long durations.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Basic understanding of construction safety practices is a plus.
- Reliable transportation to and from job sites.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
