Responsibilities
- Load and unload construction materials, tools, and equipment from trucks and storage areas.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, masons) with daily tasks on the job site.
- Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently under supervision.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
- Prepare construction sites by clearing debris, digging trenches, and setting up scaffolding.
- Perform basic measurements and measurements verification as needed.
- Follow all company safety protocols and OSHA guidelines at all times.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Previous construction or general labor experience is a plus but not required (we will train the right candidate).
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly throughout the day.
- Physical stamina to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Basic understanding of safety procedures and the ability to wear required PPE (Personal Protective Equipment).
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation are recommended.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and a team-oriented attitude.
