Responsibilities
- Assist with site preparation, including cleanup and material handling
- Perform basic construction tasks under supervision (e.g., digging, carrying materials)
- Operate hand tools safely (shovels, hammers, etc.)
- Follow safety protocols and maintain organized work areas
- Support skilled tradespeople with project-specific tasks
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment
- Complete daily time logs and reports accurately
Qualifications
- Physical ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Reliable transportation to job sites across Wichita
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Basic math skills for measurements and material counts
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently
