Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradesmen with material handling and equipment operation
- Prepare and clean construction sites to maintain safety and efficiency
- Load/unload construction materials and tools at job sites
- Follow precise instructions from supervisors and site managers
- Perform basic demolition and excavation tasks as needed
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company guidelines

Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required
- Ability to lift heavy materials (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly
- Strong willingness to learn and follow instructions precisely
