Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and prepare construction materials, tools, and equipment for the job site.
- Site Assistance: Assist skilled tradespeople with various tasks to ensure projects are completed on time and to quality standards.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies at all times.
- Maintenance: Perform general site cleaning, including removing debris and ensuring the work area is organized.
- Equipment Support: Operate basic construction equipment and hand tools under supervision.
- Transportation: Transport materials and waste between work areas using carts or hand trucks.
Qualifications
- Physical Fitness: Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and stand for extended periods.
- Work Ethic: Strong desire to learn and a willingness to work in all weather conditions.
- Reliability: Punctual and dependable with a good work history.
- Documentation: Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Attire: Steel-toed boots are required; we provide safety gear once hired.
- Experience: No prior experience necessary; on-the-job training provided.
