Responsibilities
- Assist in the daily operations of construction sites under the supervision of foremen and project managers.
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials using hand trucks, forklifts, and pallet jacks.
- Operate power tools and basic construction equipment safely and correctly.
- Keep job sites clean, organized, and free of debris.
- Follow all safety regulations and site-specific instructions to ensure a safe working environment.
- Perform basic carpentry or site preparation tasks as directed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects (up to 50+ lbs) repeatedly.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Basic math skills for measuring and cutting materials.
- Must be a self-starter with a strong work ethic.
- No prior construction experience is required—we provide on-the-job training!
