Responsibilities
- Perform heavy lifting, material handling, and site preparation tasks
- Operate construction equipment (excavators, jackhammers, etc.) with precision
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols at all times
- Assist skilled tradesmen in concrete work, demolition, and framing
- Maintain clean and organized job site conditions
- Complete daily progress reports and equipment inspections
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on complex projects
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year construction labor experience required
- Valid OSHA 10-hour certification preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Class B CDL license a plus (not required)
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Flexible schedule including weekends
- Pass pre-employment background check
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
